All jewellery items are handmade and may vary slightly from product images. We strive to ensure all descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any product without notice

• Limit the quantities of any products or services we offer

• Refuse any order you place with us

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Melco Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or busy periods like Christmas.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at melissah@melcojewellery.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
